Putting the independence of our community at the forefront of our care

Are you looking for care?

or

Our Company

We have supported people in their own homes and in the community for the past 20 years and have a person centred approach to the work that we do.

Our tradition and strength of service is derived from our roots and beliefs that:

  • Every person is different,

  • Every care and support plan is individual to that person,

  • Every person must be kept safe and secure,

  • We will always deliver the care needs,

  • We aim to deliver care as flexibly as possible.

We are shaping a service whereby we believe in and are motivated by the difference that we can make

– one person at a time.

What do we do?

We are are a domiciliary care provider... but what is domiciliary care?

Domiciliary care encompasses the wide range of differing services put in place to support an individual in their own home and in their own familiar surroundings. You or your loved one could receive all of these services or may just need one of them.

We provide ongoing support that is completely tailored around your needs and routines. If you or your loved one need support but do not want to leave the comfort of their own home we can build a system of care around that desire to stay in your own surroundings.

You can even opt for a live-in carer living with you at home to provide 24 hour care if that would be best for your loved one.

Domiciliary care is increasingly more popular among families today as it actively encourages direct control for them as it puts them back in control of the support they receive. With one-to-one personal attention, from 30 minutes a week and up to several visits a day or overnight support, our care plans are completely built around you.

Care with us is fully managed, with ongoing support from our expert team from start to finish.

Testimonials

At a time in our lives when we were at our lowest the Carers started coming in and have brightened up our lives, and we feel we have been given a new lease of life. All of the Carers are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for any of them, we could never thank you all enough.

Mr & Mrs Delaney - Worcestershire

Thank you for all that you have done for my mum whilst she was very poorly. Our care plan had to change and then revert back and this was done quickly and smoothly. Doctors prepared me to lose mum and the support from the company helped us all through it. I am out every Thursday clapping for the carers and office staff at Premier Care. When my mum had a stroke Danielle was amazing and took a burden off of my shoulders by calling the social worker and authorizing for 2 carers for the care calls.  The Care Services are very good and caring, and management are very responsive to emergencies.

Valarie, Daughter of Mrs Johnston - Coventry

I thought I would let you know that mum had her NHS review on Tuesday. The nurse /practitioner said that she is still here because of your excellent care. Thank you for all you have done. It’s not always easy I know.

Wendy, Daughter of Mrs Holmes - Warwickshire
