At Premier Care (Midlands) Ltd we can provide a wide range of care and support for people with physical disabilities to support with meeting their health, personal and social needs.  We recognise the rights and importance of every persons independence and choice to live their lives as they choose.

We are committed to providing support in a style which places the individual in the driving seat. We take time, getting to know each person, how they choose and also how they need to be supported. We seek to learn each individual’s goals and ambitions and together we find the most effective way to provide the support and encouragement to achieve these. 

 

This approach enables us to build a support plan which is focused on independence of lifestyle, freedom of choice and making aspirations a reality.

Our highly trained support staff work in partnership with local health and professional teams, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists to achieve the individuals aspirations and goals.
